I had such a great experience working with Christy at Treasure Valley Mortgage. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn’t always know what to expect, but Christy made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, was always quick to respond, and made herself available whenever I needed help. Her communication and support gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!

We highly recommend Christy Silva, Senior Loan Officer of Treasure Vally Mortgage! Being from out of state we were nervous about not knowing anyone while seeking financing for our new home. Our Realtor, Amy Bradshaw, spoke very highly of Christy and introduced us. What a blessing, she made the entire process go very smoothly, even came in less than the estimated cost that we had expected. She also explained to us about the right time to lock in our loan and quickly responded to all our many questions. And… we ended up with a lower interest rate then we had hoped for!

Not only did work around the clock to make sure we were kept up to date and Informed of any changes- but she was able to secure an interest rate that we didn’t think was obtainable in todays market! She is so knowledgeable and reviewed all options with us and answered all our questions. She was always available to us whenever we needed her, and even brought us the sweetest housewarming gift. We could not have asked for more from Christy. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions throughout the process and she was always able to clearly explain things to me. Getting a loan in an increasing interest rate environment was a tough task but Christy stayed on top of things and locked us in with perfect timing to get what I believe was the best rate possible. The process was very smooth; I would definitely recommend her and would use her services again in the future.
